A Birthing of Giants graduate, certified life coach, and former Vistage member, Mathias is passionate about conscious leadership, growth mindset, and helping entrepreneurs scale with integrity. Today, he mentors and invests in early- and growth-stage companies, providing both strategic insight and heart-led guidance.

Lewis Schiff is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and educator specializing in the growth of successful enterprises. As the Chairman of Birthing of Giants, he leads a network of entrepreneurs focused on expanding their businesses and increasing their economic impact. His expertise in wealth-creating behaviors and business practices has made him a prominent figure in the entrepreneurial world. Schiff’s entrepreneurial success includes the sale of two businesses, Armchair Millionaire and MainStreet.com, to publicly traded companies.
His acclaimed works include Business Brilliant, The Armchair Millionaire, The Middle-Class Millionaire, and The First Habit, all offering insights into the habits of ultra-successful business owners. Schiff is also a frequent contributor to Forbes.com and Worth.com where he translates complex business concepts into actionable strategies.
